Cameron Management provides a broad range of brokerage services to landlords, tenants, developers, investors and owner/occupants of commercial real estate. Depending upon the nature of the relationship and needs of the client, Cameron Management will perform the following services:

• Prepare a comprehensive marketing and leasing plan for landlords seeking to lease vacant space
• Devise a marketing and disposition plan for the sale of the client’s real estate holdings
• Do site analysis and selection for tenants and developers
• Locate real estate investment alternatives for investors
• Manage lease negotiations and/or purchase and sale agreements for the client
