A commercial real estate professional with over 25 years of experience in leasing, acquisition, disposition, and development, having completed hundreds of retail, office, industrial, land, investment sale, and acquisition/disposition assignments for companies, private investors, and institutions. Accomplished professional earning the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), and Certified Leasing Specialist (CLS) designations from their respective organizations (The CCIM Institute, Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, and the International Council of Shopping Center).

Before joining Cameron Management, Bryan owned and operated Turnstone Partners CRE from 2013 to 2018, a boutique commercial real estate brokerage and development firm in Wilmington, NC. Before Turnstone Partners, he spent 12 years growing another commercial real estate firm, Cape Fear Commercial, in various senior roles. In these roles, he was directly responsible for the ground-up development and re-development of several shopping centers and office buildings that required expertise in feasibility, analysis, entitlement, planning, design, and project management.

He holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the Benjamin Franklin School of Arts & Sciences at the University of Georgia. Bryan serves on the Board of Commissioners at the Wilmington Housing Authority and is a Finance and Development Committee member. He also serves on the Wilmington Chamber of Commerce Property Committee. Bryan has lived in Wilmington, NC, since 1996 and enjoys golf, boating, spending time with his two children, and engaging in other outdoor activities.
