Sunnyvale Industrial Park

Sunnyvale Industrial Park is a 72,000 SF planned flex industrial park. It’s four buildings will each be flexible to accommodate up to 8 spaces per building, ranging from 2,250 SF to 18,000 SF.  This Industrial Park is located off Carolina Beach Rd, minutes from the Port of Wilmington, The Pointe at Barclay, River Lights, and downtown Wilmington.  Each unit will include open warehouse area, efficient office space, unisex bathroom and a 12 x 12 roll up door.  Site is cleared and vertical construction is planned to begin in 2023.
