Cedar Grove Commons is a neighborhood shopping center anchored by Ross, Homegoods, Petsmart, Ulta, Five Below, and Lidl.  Strategically located in the high-growth area of North Charleston, SC on the Dorchester Road corridor, daily traffic counts exceed 40,000 vehicle trips per day.  North Charleston is experiencing explosive employment and population growth due to the corporate expansions of Volvo, Mercedes Benz, Boeing, and many other support industries.
